XIU QIAN, born in Wuhan, moved to Beijing in 2007 and now resides in Paris. Since arriving in France in 2018, he has embarked on a journey of reimagining his artistic perspective, using his practice to explore the connections between digital imagery, ready-made objects, gaming, and contemporary society. Inspired by the shifting landscape of social media, evolving modes of information dissemination, and the transformative potential of artificial intelligence, Xiuqian views painting as an essential bridge between the physical and virtual realms.
